Can anybody point me to a website that sells a good range of silk, sinamay etc flowers as well as feathers?

i have started making fascinators (fancy headwear on combs lol) and still have not found a website that can supply me with a good range of the beautiful flowers and feathers that you see on the fascinators on ebay and such like, also does anybody know of any courses that i can attend in the merseyside/ north west area that teach you how to make fascinator/hats as i want to extend my knowledge of them

Janet Lashford%26#039;s School of Millinery. Google millinery supplies and there are alot of sites with nice stuff in England (Merseyside?)
